We will ensure consistency in goods and services provided by:

• Well defined procedures, used and understood by all staff
• Measurements in place to ensure that the quality and performance of our processes are continually improving, or, at the very least, maintained.

We will continuously drive improvement, with involvement of all employees by:

• Training staff
• Encouraging all employees to provide input into the improvement of our quality system.

This Quality Policy will be reinforced by displays on notice boards, including it in induction of employees, and by actions of management in encouraging and enforcing the policy.
